Amer has more than 25 years of software engineering and database application development. He started software engineering as an Oracle application developer. Then worked as a data conversion developer then Data Conversion Lead.

Amer worked on many big data conversion projects. some of these projects are:

• Calsaws: converted California well fair counties data.
• SOMS:     converted California prisons data.
• Health Care: converted states providers data.
• Electus:  converted Oregon and Montana counties election data.
• Child Support: worked on conversion of South Carolina counties data.
